【Cultural Journey】“New Era · New Journey” — The launch ceremony celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the trial opening of the Hainan Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Center was held in Haikou. This marks the center’s first public opening. Inspired by the design concept of “Sailing on the Sea, Rising with the Wind, and Clouds of Brocade,” the center features twin towers and showcases over 300 valuable intangible cultural heritage items from Hainan. We explored the rich history and culture of Hainan’s ethnic minorities and participated in hands-on experiences such as Li brocade weaving and coconut carving. A new cultural landmark blending tradition with modernity.
